Ordering and Checkout

Yes. CBD Leaf Shop offers products for both retail customers and wholesale buyers. Retail customers may purchase individual products and standard quantities, while larger box, bulk and wholesale options are available on selected product pages.

The minimum order amount for a normal retail checkout is $150 before shipping, taxes or other applicable fees.

Customers must have at least $150 worth of eligible products in their cart before completing checkout.

Minimum retail checkout: $150

Wholesale products may have their own minimum quantities, box sizes or pricing requirements. The requirements shown on the individual wholesale product page take priority over the standard retail checkout minimum.

Browse the Shop, select a product, choose any available size, flavour, quantity or variation, and add it to the cart.

Once the cart reaches the required minimum amount, proceed to checkout and complete the requested billing, shipping and payment information.

Contact CBD Leaf Shop as quickly as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

Orders may only be changed or cancelled before processing or shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot normally be cancelled. Please review our Refund and Return Policy for more details.

Customers may be able to check out as a guest where guest checkout is enabled.

Creating an account makes it easier to view order history, saved addresses and current order status. Visit My Account to register or sign in.

Lab testing and product verification information vary by product and manufacturer.

Where genuine manufacturer or laboratory reports are available, they may be displayed on the product page or the Lab Tests and COAs page. CBD Leaf Shop does not create or alter laboratory reports.

A disposable or all-in-one vape contains the battery, heating element and oil in one ready-to-use device.

A cartridge contains the oil and heating component but requires a separate compatible battery.

The product title and description should identify the format.

Stock availability may change without notice.

A product marked "In stock" is currently available for ordering, but high demand or simultaneous orders may occasionally affect availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, CBD Leaf Shop will contact the customer.

Shipping and Tracking

CBD Leaf Shop currently serves eligible customers within the United States, Canada and selected international destinations where permitted.

Shipping availability depends on the product, destination, carrier restrictions and applicable laws. Please review our Shipping Policy for complete details.

Estimated delivery times are:
  • United States 1–3 business days
  • Canada:2–5 business days
  • Eligible international destinations: 3–7 business days
  • These estimates begin after the order has been processed and accepted by the shipping carrier.

    Most orders are processed within the same day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

    Wholesale or large orders may require additional preparation time.

    Once an order ships, available tracking information will be sent by email.

    Customers with an account may also check their order status through My Account.

    Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

    Check the tracking information, confirm the shipping address and contact the carrier first.

    If the package still cannot be located, contact CBD Leaf Shop with the order number.

    Carrier investigations may take approximately 5–7 business days.

    Contact CBD Leaf Shop within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
    Order number
    Customer name
    Photos of the package
    Photos of the damaged product
    A short explanation of the issue

    Payments

    CBD Leaf Shop uses secure website connections and available payment-processing safeguards.

    Customers should verify the payment instructions shown during checkout and avoid sending payment information through unofficial channels.

    An order is confirmed after the checkout process is completed and the required payment has been received or verified.

    Some payment methods may require manual confirmation before processing begins.

    Returns and Refunds

    Returns may be accepted when:
    The product arrived damaged
    The product was defective
    The wrong product was delivered
    The item is unopened and unused
    The request is made within 7 days of delivery

    Opened, used or partially consumed products cannot normally be returned. Please review our full Refund and Return Policy.

    Approved refunds are generally issued within 3–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

    The customer's payment provider may require additional processing time.

    CBD Leaf Shop does not currently offer direct product exchanges.

    An eligible unopened product may be returned, and the customer may place a new order for the preferred item.

    Original shipping charges are normally non-refundable unless CBD Leaf Shop sent the wrong product or the item arrived damaged or defective.

    Wholesale Orders

    Yes. Selected products are available in wholesale box, bulk or quantity-based options.

    Larger quantities may have different prices, processing times and shipping requirements. Browse our Wholesale section to view available products.

    Customers with large wholesale enquiries may contact the support team to ask whether special arrangements are available.

    Wholesale orders may require additional processing time because of larger quantities, packaging preparation, payment verification and carrier arrangements.
