Refund and Return Policy

Review the conditions for returns, refunds, replacements and order cancellations at CBD Leaf Shop.

At CBD Leaf Shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully prepare orders and aim to ensure that products arrive in good condition.
Because many of our products are consumable, hygienic or sensitive to storage conditions, returns are accepted only under the specific circumstances described below.

Please review this policy before completing a purchase. You should also read our Shipping Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Return Eligibility

A return request may be considered when:
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product was defective upon delivery
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The item is unopened, unused and in its original packaging
  • The request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • All return requests are reviewed before approval. Approval is not automatic. CBD Leaf Shop may request photographs, packaging details or other information before providing return instructions.

    Do not send any product back before receiving return authorization from CBD Leaf Shop.

    Non-Returnable Products

    For hygiene, safety and product-integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
    Opened or used products
    Partially consumed products
    Open bottles or tinctures
    Opened capsules or softgels
    Gummies, edibles or consumable products that have been opened
    Opened vape products, cartridges or disposables
    Personal-care products that have been opened
    Gift cards
    Products damaged through customer mishandling
    Products stored improperly after delivery
    Final-sale items where clearly identified before purchase
    Promotional or sale products may only be returned when they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

    How to Request a Return

    To request a return, contact CBD Leaf Shop within 7 days of delivery.

    Include:
    Your order number
    Your full name
    The product name
    A short description of the issue
    Clear photographs of the product
    Clear photographs of the packaging
    Our support team will review the request and provide return instructions when the item is eligible. Please do not send a product back without contacting us first.

    Refunds

    Once an approved return is received and inspected, CBD Leaf Shop will notify the customer of the refund decision.
    Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The customer’s bank, card provider or payment service may require additional time to post the refund.
    Original shipping charges are normally non-refundable unless:
  • CBD Leaf Shop sent the wrong product
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product was defective when delivered
  • Applicable law requires otherwise
  • If a refund has not appeared after 10 business days, customers should first contact their bank or payment provider. They may then contact CBD Leaf Shop with the order details.

    Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

    If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible.

    Provide:
  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Description of the problem
  • Photos of the outer package
  • Photos of the affected product
  • Keep the product and all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed. See our Shipping Policy for more information about damaged-package procedures.

    Depending on the circumstances, CBD Leaf Shop may offer:
  • A replacement
  • A refund
  • Store credit, where accepted by the customer
  • Another appropriate solution

    Replacements

    Eligible damaged, defective or incorrect products may be replaced at no additional product cost. Replacements are subject to availability.
    If the same item is unavailable, CBD Leaf Shop may offer:
  • A comparable replacement
  • A refund
  • Store credit, where accepted by the customer
  • A replacement will only be arranged after the request has been reviewed and approved.

    Cancellations

    Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase only when they have not yet been processed or shipped. Contact us immediately because cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

    Once an order has shipped, it cannot normally be cancelled. The customer may need to follow the return process after delivery, provided the product remains eligible for return.

    Exchanges

    CBD Leaf Shop does not currently offer direct product exchanges.
    If a customer ordered the wrong item, the product may be returned only when:
  • It is unopened
  • It is unused
  • It remains in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days
  • The return is approved by CBD Leaf Shop
  • The customer may then place a separate order for the preferred product.

    Return Shipping

    Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs when:
  • They ordered the wrong item
  • They changed their mind
  • The item was delivered correctly and without damage
  • CBD Leaf Shop will normally cover reasonable return or replacement shipping costs when:
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product was defective upon delivery
  • Use a trackable shipping service when returning an approved item. CBD Leaf Shop is not responsible for an untracked return package that is lost before delivery.

    The approved return address and instructions will be provided by our support team.
