How to Request a Return
To request a return, contact CBD Leaf Shop within 7 days of delivery.

If a refund has not appeared after 10 business days, customers should first contact their bank or payment provider. They may then contact CBD Leaf Shop with the order details.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible.
Keep the product and all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed. See our Shipping Policy for more information about damaged-package procedures.
Replacements
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase only when they have not yet been processed or shipped. Contact us immediately because cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
