At CBD Leaf Shop, we are committed to processing and delivering eligible orders as promptly and securely as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, tracking procedures, shipping restrictions and customer responsibilities.

1. Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM may begin processing on the next business day.
Processing may take longer for:
Large orders
Wholesale orders
Payment or address verification
Temporarily unavailable products
High order volume
Once an order has shipped, the customer will receive available tracking information by email.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Destinations

CBD Leaf Shop currently ships eligible products within:
  • The United States
  • Canada
  • Selected international destinations where permitted
Shipping availability depends on the product, destination, carrier rules and applicable laws.
CBD Leaf Shop may cancel or refund an order that cannot legally or safely be delivered to the address provided.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout whenever applicable.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Order Tracking

Once an order ships, the customer will receive available tracking information by email.

Customers may also log in to My Account to check their order status.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

CBD Leaf Shop is not responsible for delays or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Customers should contact us immediately if an address correction is required.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If a package arrives damaged, contact CBD Leaf Shop within 48 hours.

  • Customer name
  • Description of the damage
  • Clear photos of the package and products
If a package appears lost in transit, CBD Leaf Shop will work with the carrier to investigate. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for the investigation.

7. Restricted Shipping Locations

CBD, hemp, cannabis, vape, nicotine and related-product laws vary by location.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the products they order are legal to purchase, possess and receive in their jurisdiction.

  • Cancel orders that cannot legally be fulfilled

The availability of a product on the website does not guarantee that it can be delivered to every destination.

10. Changes, Returns and Undeliverable Packages

Customers should contact CBD Leaf Shop as quickly as possible if they need to change or cancel an order.

Orders cannot normally be cancelled after they have shipped.
Packages returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, unpaid customs fees or failure to collect may require additional shipping or reshipment charges.

Any refund will be handled according to the Returns and Refund Policy.
