Understanding Your Order Status

Order Received

Your order has been submitted and is awaiting payment or verification.

Processing

Payment has been confirmed and the order is being prepared.

Shipped

The order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. Available tracking details will be sent by email.

Out for Delivery

The carrier is attempting delivery to the shipping address provided.

Completed

The order has been marked as fulfilled or delivered.

How Order Tracking Works

Review the latest order status available in WooCommerce.

Check Carrier Tracking

If the order has shipped, use the carrier tracking link provided by email or inside My Account.

When Will Tracking Update?

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after a shipping carrier receives the package.

A tracking number may show limited information immediately after shipment. This does not always mean the package has stopped moving.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days before transit begins.

What If Tracking Is Not Available?

Tracking information may not appear when:
  • The order is still being processed
  • Payment verification is pending
  • The carrier has not scanned the package
  • Tracking details have not yet updated
  • The order uses a shipping method with limited tracking
  • Customers should wait up to 48 hours after receiving a shipping notification before requesting assistance.

    Delayed or Missing Orders

    If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the package cannot be located:
  • Confirm the shipping address
  • Check with household members or neighbours
  • Check around the delivery location
  • Contact the shipping carrier
  • Contact CBD Leaf Shop with the order number
  • Carrier investigations may take approximately 5–7 business days.

    Tracking Says Delivered, but I Cannot Find the Package

    If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing:
  • Check all doors, mail areas and secure delivery locations
  • Ask household members or neighbours
  • Allow a short period for delayed carrier scans
  • Contact the carrier directly
  • Contact CBD Leaf Shop if the package remains missing
  • CBD Leaf Shop may require carrier confirmation before issuing a replacement or refund.

    Address Problems

    Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

    If an address correction is needed, contact us immediately.

    An address may not be changed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.

    CBD Leaf Shop is not responsible for delays or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

    Wholesale Order Tracking

    Wholesale and bulk orders may require additional processing, packaging or carrier coordination.

    Tracking for large orders may be sent after payment, quantity and delivery details have been confirmed.
