At CBD Leaf Shop, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality of our CBD products and strive to ensure every customer has a positive experience.
Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Because CBD products are consumable goods, we can only accept returns under specific conditions:
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
The product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
The product was unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
We cannot accept returns for:
Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
Products purchased on sale or as part of promotional bundles.
Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the product and packaging
A short description of the issue
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of your refund status.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
3. Refunds
If your return is approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the product arrived damaged.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us again.
4. Replacements
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace the item at no extra cost.
Replacements are subject to product availability.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer product exchanges.
If you ordered the wrong item, you may return it (if unopened) and place a new order.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Open bottles, tinctures, capsules, gummies, or edibles
Personal care items
Gift cards
