At CBD Leaf Shop, we are committed to delivering your order promptly and securely. Please read our shipping policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic within  US & CANADA : 2–5 business days

    • International: 7–14 business days (where permitted by law)

  • Delivery delays may occur due to high demand, customs inspection, or factors beyond our control.

3. Restricted Shipping Locations

Due to varying state and international laws, we currently do not ship CBD products to locations where CBD is prohibited or restricted.
Customers are responsible for ensuring CBD legality in their region before placing an order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
You can also log into your CBD Leaf Shop account to view your order status.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@cbdleafshop.com photos of the damage.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please allow 5–7 days for investigation.

6. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
